1. Application
This product is bio-stable long-life water-soluble cutting fluid. Suitable for copper, bronze and copper-nickel alloy, hard alloy ADC12, AC4C, 3 stainless steel, carbon steel and gray cast iron cutting process, including vehicles, drilling, reaming, etc. Product has excellent corrosion resistance, cooling and defoaming properties. Added with appropriate amount of chlorine additives, ensures that the finish of the machined surface and extend the life of tools. Meantime, it has outstanding resistance of hard water and corrosion properties. It can be recycle use for a long time, thereby reducing cost. And widely used in processing of automobiles, motorcycles, engines and electrical industry.
